Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Chowdhury Oil Mill. We take great pride in the quality of our mustard oil. Because our products are food items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.

Please read the following conditions carefully:

1. Notification Window

All return requests or quality concerns must be reported to us within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

2. Third-Party Delivery Damage

Chowdhury Oil Mill is not responsible for any damage, leakage, or breakage caused by third-party delivery servicesor couriers. Once the product leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, the liability for physical handling shifts to the delivery provider. We recommend inspecting your package before signing for it.

3. Change of Mind

Due to the nature of food products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you have selected the correct quantity and product type (e.g., 1L vs 5L) before finalizing your order.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning any item. Chowdhury Oil Mill does not cover return delivery fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. General Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return (under valid quality claims):

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The original seal must be intact. We cannot accept any bottle that has been opened.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within a certain amount of days.
